Le secret réside dans l'histoire et la géographie du vignoble du Château Dauzac ! 🌿

Issu d'une parcelle située à l'extrémité est du domaine, ce vin doit son nom au lever du soleil qui éclaire ces terres dès l’aube. Dès 1670, ce lieu était déjà appelé les "vignes du soleil levant".

Le terme "Aurore" symbolise donc ce moment magique où la lumière du jour caresse les vignes… et donne naissance à un vin d’exception ! 🍇💫

From a plot at the eastern end of the estate, this wine takes its name from the sunrise that illuminates this land at dawn. As early as 1670, this site was called "vignes du soleil levant".

" Aujourd'hui, nous rendons hommage au sculpteur Etienne, maître de la sculpture en bronze, dont l'œuvre dépasse les limites du temps et de la matière. Son talent exceptionnel a donné naissance à des sculptures qui ne sont pas de simples formes figées, mais de véritables captures vivantes de l'émotion et du mouvement.

Le célèbre bronze Dégustation, représentant deux êtres entourés d’oiseaux trinquant, installé devant les chais du Château Dauzac, incarne à la perfection cette maîtrise. Cette œuvre à la fois délicate et expressive, symbolise l'union entre l'humain et la nature, et nous invite à partager un instant suspendu dans le temps, où l'émotion prend forme.

Aujourd'hui, nous rendons hommage à Etienne Pirot qui, à travers la matière du bronze, a su immortaliser la beauté, la complexité de l'âme humaine et la richesse de notre relation avec le monde qui nous entoure.
